ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.Ramesh, J.) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed by this Court insofar as Para 6(ii) of the order passed in HCP.No.425 of 2025

dated 18.03.2025 is concerned.

2.Since both the petitioner, as well as the fourth respondent have made allegations against each other, which has effectively prevented the petitioner/father from visiting his children, clause 6(ii) of our earlier order dated 18.03.2025 shall stand modified as follows:- 6.(ii) The fourth respondent/mother shall facilitate production of the children at the premise of the Nexus Vijaya Mall, Arcot Road, Vadapalani, Chennai, between 11.00 A.M. to 12.00 P.M., on Sundays of every week. 3.All other observations made in our earlier order dated 18.03.2025, shall remain intact.
