Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition. He has circulated a letter dated 11.11.2019 to the Registry, stating that the petitioner instructed them to withdraw the case. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect.
