University Road, Tharamani, Chennai - 113 and further direct the second respondent to grant license to the petitioner bunk shop.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) The prayer sought in the present writ petition is to forbear the respondents, by way of a mandamus, from evicting the petitioner's bunk shop situate backside of Ramanujam IT City, M.G.R. University Road, Taramani, Chennai - 113 and further direct the second respondent to grant license to the petitioner's bunk shop.
2. When the case was taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
3. However, Ms.Aswini Devi, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent, on instructions, would submit that there is no bunk shop, that is claimed by the petitioner, in the location concerned.
4. Recording the said submission, the writ petition stands dismissed, as there is no bunk shop in the location as claimed by the petitioner. Hence, the directions sought by way of mandamus cannot be entertained. There shall be no order as to costs. (R.S.K., J.) (A.D.J.C., J) 08.08.2024 drm To:
