The present Miscellaneous Petition is filed to dispense with production of certified copy of the impugned order in filing the criminal appeal against the order dated 05.07.2024 made in Spl.S.C.No.213 of 2022 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai.

2. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.

4. The petitioner has not been furnished with a free copy of the judgment despite the petitioner is entitled to the same.
