Assisted by Mrs.C.Meera Arumugam Additional Government Pleader for R1 and R2 Mr.K.Hariharan for R3 COMMON ORDER When the matter was called, Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned Additional Advocate General, assisted by Mr.T.Chandrasekaran, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2 stated that in compliance with the order of this Court, the migration sought by the petitioner from "Kumbamonam to Sundaraperumal Kovil" to "Kumbakonam Bus Stand to Sundaraperumal Kovil" under the New Modified Approved Scheme, 2025 has been ordered. It is the petitioner, who has produce the original permit as well as the fitness certificate for TN-25-7909. The said orders are scanned and extracted hereunder:
