This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to FIR lodged against the petitioners in Cr. No.2 of 2021 dated 02.07.2021 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
