This petition has been filed to direct the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirupattur, Tirupattur District to return the original documents of the surety by name K.Sampath, S/o. Krishnan, No.67, Valluvar Nagar, Tirupattur, Tirupattur District which was produced before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirupattur, Tirupattur District, while at the time of execution of bail bond by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30662 of 2019 dated 21.11.2019 and accept the substituted surety by name V.Gokulraj, S/o. Venkatesan, No.82/C, Bharathi Nagar, Tirupattur, Tirupattur District.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The petitioner was granted bail on condition that the petitioner is directed to deposit the original title deed of a property worth not less than Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) stands in the name of the petitioner/relative to the credit of Crime No.161 of 2019. Accordingly, the petitioner deposited the original title deeds of his relative to the credit of Crime No.161 of 2019.

4. Now, the petitioner filed this petition to substitute the original title deeds stands in the name of another relative instead of one K.Sampath since he wants to deal with the property.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to permit the petitioner to substitute the original title deeds stands in the name of another relative namely one V.Gokulraj, S/o. Venkatesan, No.82/C, Bharathi Nagar, Tirupattur, Tirupattur District..

6. The Trial Court is directed to permit the petitioner to substitute the original title deeds stands in the name of V.Gokulraj, S/o. Venkatesan, No.82/C, Bharathi Nagar, Tirupattur, Tirupattur District.
