Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent.

According to the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a month i.e., on second and fourth Sundays of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. He is further directed to appear in S.C.No.128 of 2016, before the Additional District Judge, Coimbatore, for all hearings without fail.
