(Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.,) The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the 1st respondent - Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai Bench, to deliver the order in O.A.No.993 of 2013 within a period of two weeks.

2.It is represented by Mr.M.T.Arunan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 that the Original Application in O.A.No.993 of 2013 was already disposed of by the 1st respondent - Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai Bench, by an order dated 28.05.2021.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
