CMP No.15306 of 2021 in A.S.SR.No.51233 of 2018 P.T.ASHA, J This application has been filed to condone the delay of 221 days in representing the above appeal against the order passed in L.A.O.P.No.168 of 2008 dated 10.10.2017 on the file of the Sub Court, Kancheepuram.

2. The learned counsel for the first respondent has no objection to this application being allowed.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the applications and accordingly, the application is ordered and the delay of 221 days is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
