ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of patta in respect of the petition mentioned land in his favour. He has already given representations in this regard on 18.03.2026 and 15.05.2026. However, there was no action on the part of the respondents. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. The 1st respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representations and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the case.
