Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the fifth respondent in his order No.E38025/CISF/GHC/AD.III/2014-230 dated 20.01.2014 and received by

the petitioner on 24.01.2014 and quash the same and to direct the respondents to retain the petitioner in force till the petitioner attains superannuation and to pay all monetary benefits.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the said endorsement, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the competent authority, if any grievance exists. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
