East; South by Road running from East to West, from the date of purchase, I have been in actual possession and enjoyment of the said properties by way of cultivation. While so, I sold a portion of land to an extent of Acre 4.25 cents in and out of the above said Acre 7.66cents in the said Survey numbers to one Mrs.Santhamani and by way of registered a General Power of Attorney dated 09.06.2016, in Doc.No.2994/2016 and above was sale deed executed 1.N.Subramanian, 2.R.Ravikumar and 3.V.S.Prabhu Karthick dated 16.06.2016 in Doc.No.3135/2016 registered at the office of the SRO, Punjai Puliampatti.

By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to survey the petitioner's lands comprised in Survey No.34-1C at Nambiyur Taluk, Karapadi Village, Erode District, by considering the petitioner's representations dated 27.03.2024 and 27.06.2024.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has given representations dated 27.03.2024 and 27.06.2024 to survey the property in Survey No.341C at Nambiyur Taluk, Karapadi Village, Erode District. However, the same had not been considered by the respondents.

5. Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 27.03.2024 and 27.06.2024 and pass appropriate orders, for survey of the property, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
