The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after the filing of the writ petition, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has been answered. Therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
