This application has been filed to bring on record the applicants/ proposed plaintiffs herein as plaintiffs 1 to 3 in the above suit being the legal heirs of the deceased sole plaintiff.

3. Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed and the applicants are brought on record as plaintiffs in the suit.
