ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction to the respondent to grant patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the property situated in T.S. No.89, F-2 Block, No.8, Rajabather Street, Adambakkam Village measuring an extent of 1200 sq. ft. in pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 04.08.2012.

2.Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'for issuance of patta', the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions submitted that the petitioner's representation has been considered and rejected by the respondent vide their proceedings dated 18.04.2022 on the ground that the disputed property belongs to natham land.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. Hence, this writ petition stands closed . No costs.
