PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondents to execute the Non Bailable Warrant and arrest the accusd namely P.M.P.G.Selvan @ Mohammed Sayeed and produce him before the Judicial Magistrate, Krishnagiri in C.C.No.262 of 2009 and then alone proceed with the trial.

ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner who is the defacto complainant in C.C.No.262 of 2009 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Magistrate, Krishnagiri, to direct the respondents to execute the Non Bailable Warrant pending against the accused by name P.M.P.G.Selvan @ Mohammed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions, would contend that the accused is a resident of Singapore and he surrendered before the concerned Court to recall the warrant and thereafter, did not appear before the Court. Therefore, on 14.10.2015 again a Non Bailable Warrant was issued against the first accused namely P.M.P.G.Selvan @ Mohammed Sayeed and that they are taking steps to execute the warrant.

3. In the facts and circumstances, the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Krishnagiri, is directed to execute the warrant as expeditiously as possible and cause production of accused before the Judicial Magistrate, Krishnagiri, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed off. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
