At request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this matter was called for hearing.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the subsequent event which has taken place is that the Arbitrator proposed by the petitioner has been accepted by the respondents and the arbitration proceedings have also commenced by issuance of notice for arbitration.

3. In view of the aforesaid, it is submitted that the present petition really does not survive for consideration.

4. The aforesaid statement is taken on record and the Original Petition is disposed of, as the Arbitrator has already been appointed. The matter need not be listed on 15.04.2016. No costs. (S.K.K., CJ.) 18.03.2016 bbr
