2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.16884 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26207 of 2025, dated 02.12.2024 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every first Saturday at 10.30 a.m., is relaxed.
