This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 13.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.162184 of 2022 that the petitioner shall stay at Kalpakkam and report before the Inspector of Police, Kalpakkam Police Station, Kalpakkam daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily Morning at 10.30 a.m., and Evening at 5.30 p.m., for a period of four weeks, thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
