Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the 4th respondent and provide compensation for the sufferings and hardship suffered on the hands of the 4th respondent by the petitioner.

ORDER

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the bank account that has been freezed at SBI, Saligramam Branch and Canara Bank, Saligramam Branch, during the course of investigation, has been defreezed by the respondent Police.

2. In view of the above development no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition and this writ petition is disposed of, by recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
