ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2024 to survey the land and passage in the Survey No.141/1 and Survey No.141/11, measuring an extent of 3534 sq.ft. and passage of the 5 feet wide and 75 feet long connecting Muthaiyal Reddy Street with the said land and then Survey No.141/1, 1 feet wide and 75 feet long and measuring about 30 square feet plot.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official 2/5

respondents would submit that the petitioner has paid the necessary fee for surveying land and passage in the Survey No.141/1 and Survey No.141/11.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.06.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation for survey of the land situated in Survey No.141/1 and Survey No.141/11 measuring an extent of 3534 sq.ft. and passage of the 5 feet wide and 75 feet long connecting Muthaiyal Reddy Street with the said land and then Survey No.141/1, 1 feet wide and 75 feet long and measuring about 30 square feet plot, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the respondents 3 to 5 and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
