This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 15.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.11704 of 2022 to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karaikkal, daily at 10.30 a.m till the committal.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Committal Court once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m till committal.
