This petition has been filed since the writ petitioner J.P.Natesan unfortunately died pending the writ petition. By this petition, his legal representatives i.e., the widow and two sons seeks to implead themselves as writ petitioners.

2.In view of the fact that any right which had accrued to J.P.Natesan would also accrue to his legal representatives, the petition is allowed. 3.Registry is directed to record the death of the writ petitioner J.P.Natesan in the writ petition and bring on record his legal representatives namely, the widow N.Vasanthi and two sons N.Senthilvel and N.Sankar Ganesh.

4.Post the matter on 12.04.2019.
