The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the application dated 11.10.2018 along with the explanation dated 01.03.2019 submitted by the petitioner University and to grant recognition to the courses offered by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner University through the distance learning mode from the academic year 2019-20 onwards.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed this writ petition seeking direction to the respondents to grant recognition to the courses offered by the petitioner University through the distance learning mode from the academic year 2019-20 onwards, however, during the pendancy of this writ petition some of the courses offered by the petitioner University were approved and some of the courses offered by the petitioner University were not approved. Hence, for the non approved courses, this Court may grant liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law and may dispose of this writ petition.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
