This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 218 days in filing the criminal appeal in Crl.A.No. of 2025 against the conviction and sentence imposed on 26.07.2024 in Spl.SC.No.113 of 2022 on the file of the Mahila Court (Fast Track Mahila Court), Tiruppur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 218 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
