The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue patta in the name of the petitioner with regard to her house property in Survey No.415-F, Main Road, Savarinayagampettai, Cheruvarkur, Villupuram District.

Ms.Beulah John Selvaraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given representations as early as in the year 2009, 2011 and 2012 to the respondents seeking for issuance of patta., however, the respondents have not issued the patta sofar. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Mrs. K. Bhuvaneswari, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that the land in question is a Natham poromboke land, therefore the 2nd respondent may be directed to dispose of the petitioner's representations in accordance with law, within a time frame.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representations dated 13.11.2009, 11.07.2011 and 11.06.2012, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
