Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1, 2 and 4 to take appropriate action against the respondents 6 and 7 for their illegalities and irregularities in selection of beneficiaries and implementation of the schemes viz., Tamil Nadu State Rural Livelihood mission (TNRLM) and Tamil Nadu Rural Transformation Project (TNRTP) in Koonandiyur Village Panchayat and consequently, direct the respondents 1 to 5 to ensure that said scheme is properly implementing with the approval of Koonandiyur Village Panchayat.
