This petition has been filed to dispense with the personal appearance of the District Collector, Villupuram.

2.This Court is not satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3.The status report filed by the 3rd respondent clearly shows that the SLP was dismissed on 13.02.2024 and inspite of the same, the respondents have permitted Mr.Mohan Guru to occupy the post of Village Assistant till 24.06.2024. This attitude on the part of the respondents shows their contumacious conduct and there is total disregard to the order passed by this Court.

4.Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed. 5.The respondents in Cont.P.No.1400 of 2024 shall be present before this Court on 05.07.2024.
