ORDER
The learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner made a submission that the matter became infructuous.
2. However, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents state that the arrears of subscription charges are to be paid.
3. This Court is of an opinion that there is no impediment for the respondents to recover the arrears of subscription charges in the manner known to law.
4. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of as 2/4
infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
