ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to issue notice to the petitioner under the provision of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001, in the event of acquisition for road widening of 2704 sq.ft. of land comprised in S.No.244/2B situated at Pallikaranai Village, Saidapet Taluk, Kancheepuram District.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
3. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
