2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8339 of 2025, dated 01.04.2025, that the petitioner shall stay at Tiruchi and report before the Inspector of Police, Cantonment Police Station, Tiruchirapalli everyday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders is relaxed.
