ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5571 of 2025, dated 06.03.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5571 of 2025, dated 04.03.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Tuesday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
