ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in paragraph No.7(b) in the order dated 03.04.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No.9088 of 2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. It is seen from the prayer in the miscellaneous petition that the Crl.O.P.No and the Order date which sought to be relaxed has been wrongly mentioned in the bundle. In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court permitted the counsel on record to make necessary corrections in the bundle and rescan the same in the file of the Registry.

4. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9088 of 2025, dated 03.04.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed.
