ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the 2nd Respondent to cancel the registered Document No.4373 of 2024 on the file of the SRO Thiruporur, Chengalpet District.

2. In the light of the Order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in the case of M.Kathirvel and others vs. Inspector General of Registration, reported in 2024 (4) CTC, 769, this Court cannot pass a Mandamus directing the Respondents to cancel the registration as the above order has held Section 77 A to be . Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
