ORDER

This petition is filed to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime No.83 of 2025, dated 07.04.2025 on the file of the first respondent-Police and quash the same insofar as the petitioner is concerned.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. On a reading of the complaint and the FIR, it is crystal clear that there are prima-facie allegations against the petitioner and therefore, this Court is not inclined to quash the FIR.

4. The first respondent-Police is directed to complete the investigation and file the charge-sheet within a period of three months from today.

5. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. Consequently, Crl.M.P.No.11528 of 2025 is closed. 20.06.2025 cs 2 / 4
