ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This Writ Petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to initiate appropriate action as against third respondent. 2/6
2. On 03.09.2024, this Court passed an order as follows: "A status report has been filed by the first respondent, wherein it is stated that the petitioner has preferred a complaint to the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), Government of India/second respondent under registration number DOPAT/E/2022/13733 dated 13.09.2022 against the third respondent herein. It is further stated that the said complaint has been forwarded by the Government of India vide reference No.104/53/2023-AUD-IA dated 16.01.2023 to the Chief Secretary, Government of Tamil Nadu for appropriate action.
In the status report, it is further stated that Government has found that there is no merit in the complaint made by the petitioner and hence, the Government of Tamil Nadu has closed the complaint.
Learned Advocate General appearing for the first respondent submits that the said report has been submitted to the second respondent and the second respondent has to send communication to the petitioner informing the status of the aforesaid complaint preferred by the petitioner. Mr.S.Muralidharan, petitioner/party in person seeks for the said report to take further course of action.
In view of the above, learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent seeks one week time for taking necessary steps to communicate the said decision taken by the second respondent to the petitioner.

3. At the request of learned Advocate General, the matter is listed under today the caption 'for being mentioned' seeking clarification in the earlier order dated 03.09.2024 passed by this Court.
4. Learned Advocate General, on instructions, would submit that inadvertently mistake has been committed in the said earlier status report submitted before this Court, stating that decision taken by the State Government will be forwarded to the Central Government and thereafter, the Central Government will communicate the said decision to the petitioner. He furthers submits that based on the complaint made by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and the decision will be communicated to the petitioner directly by the State Government.
5. Mr.S.Muralidharan, petitioner/party in person has also agreed to receive the said decision directly from the State Government. 4/6
6. In view of the above, the directions issued by this Court, by order dated 03.09.2024 has been clarified.
7. With the above, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
