This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 19.10.2022.
2. The case of the petitioner is that though the husband of the petitioner was not permitted to retire from service on the ground of certain charges, before charge proceedings culminated into Order, he passed away. Therefore, charges against the husband of the petitioner has been abated. Hence, the petitioner gave a representation to the respondent seeking terminal benefits of her husband. As the same has not been considered by the respondent, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.
3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has not submitted her representation along with documents and if the petitioner gives a fresh representation along with relevant documents, the same shall be considered by the respondent.
4. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to give a 2/4
fresh representation to the respondent along with relevant documents within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order and on receipt of the same, the respondent shall pass Order on the same on merits within a period of two months thereafter.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
