ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Petitioner is the wife of the detenu. Alleging that the detenu is missing, a complaint has been given, which is registered in Crime No.409 of 2018 dated 10.08.2018. As the detenu is yet to be secured, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.The status report filed by the Assistant Commissioner of Police would reveal that the investigation is still going on. The detenu is missing for more than a year.

3.In such view of the matter, while directing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents to proceed with the investigation, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
