Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. This is the second petition filed seeking anticipatory bail for the offences punishable under Sections 21(1) of Mines and Minerals Act (Development and Regulation Act) r/w 379 of IPC. 1/4

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner reiterated the earlier plea that the mineral carried in the vehicle had valid permit. However the same was considered by this Court, when the earlier petition was filed and his conduct abandoning the vehicle and fled away from the scene, when the vehicle was intercepted, not been explained and the defacto complainant given the complaint only after 5 days waiting for the vehicle owner to produce the permit.

4. In view of the facts disclosed in the records, this Court finds no reason to reconsider the earlier order of dismissal. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition for anticipatory bail is dismissed. 11.12.2020 Index :Yes/No Internet :Yes/No vri 2/4
