This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the respondents to effect proper fixation of wages of the petitioner on par with the junior K.Anjalai by granting him the benefit of the special grade notionally and consequently re-fix the wages in the post of Headmaster from the date of his eligibility.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second and third respondents are directed to consider the representations dated 04.04.2024 and 28.05.2024 made by the petitioner after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. 2/4
