This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15411 of 2022 on 05.07.2022 to appear before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30 a.m. and 04.30 p.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and charge sheet has been filed.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police twice in a week, i.e., on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m.

and 04.30 p.m, until further orders.
