This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.16359 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.25397 of 2024, dated 22.11.2024, that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly. He further submitted that the Commissioner of Police, Coimbatore City, vide proceeding dated 29.11.2024 had transferred the case in Crime No.305 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police to C6, Thudiyalur L&O Police Station, Coimbatore City for further investigation.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.16359 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.25397 of 2024, dated 22.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the C6, Thudiyalur Police Station as when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
