ORDER
(This case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294 (b), 392 & 506 (ii) of IPC, in Crime No.950 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner by threatening the de-facto complainant robbed a sum of Rs.1000/- at knife point. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that A1 in this case is still in custody. He further submitted that there are two previous cases as against the petitioner herein in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
connection with Cr.Nos.919 of 2020 and 968 of 2020. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Taking into consideration the facts and submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and also the fact that there are two previous cases against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
