This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

It is clarified that "petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the Bar Association, Jayamkondan, and produce the Bank Challan before the concerned Magistrate and the receipt shall be produced at the time of executing the bond. The entire process to be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order".

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was already granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.10763 of 2024 on 30.04.2024 with one of the conditions that the petitioner was ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy was made ready, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Jeyamkondam, on the condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent plice or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, failing which the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
