The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of the representation dated 10.01.2014 seeking for transfer of patta.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that in spite of his representation dated 10.01.2014 seeking for transfer of patta, the respondent has not passed any order sofar. 3.Ms.A.Mathumathi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent may be directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 10.01.2014 on merits and in accordance with law. 4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.01.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
