Prayer in W.P.No.8302 of 2016 : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of impugned order dated 13.02.2016 made in Ref.No. Nil passed by the second respondent and quash the same, consequently, direct the respondents to allow the petitioner herein to work as Assistant Grade III for protecting her family livelihood and pay all monitory and service benefits.

2. When these matters are taken up for hearing today, it is brought to the notice of this Court that, as against the interim order passed by this Page No.2 of 6
Court in W.M.P.No.10948 of 2016 in W.P.No.8302 of 2016, dated 03.11.2016, the Food Corporation of India (South Zone) had preferred a writ appeal in W.A.No.1446 to 1457 of 2016, in which the Division Bench of this Court, vide order dated 16.11.2016, had allowed the writ appeals by setting aside the said interim order dated 03.11.2016 and dismissed the main writ petitions itself, granting liberty to the petitioners/employees to workout the remedy in the manner known to law and subsequently, contempt petition in Cont.P.No.2524 of 2018 was filed for non-compliance of the order passed in the said writ appeals, which was also disposed of on 11.03.2021.
