ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.30 of 2013 on the file of the Inspector of Police, R-5, Virugambakkam Police Station, Chennai - 600 092.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.30 of 2013 and also filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.26 of 2021 before the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet and the same has been quashed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3462 of 2021 vide an order dated 24.03.2021.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
