ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to to relax the condition imposed in para 6(b) i.e. "directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders" in order dated 24.03.2025 in Crl.OP.No.8667 of 2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.
3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioners is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
