ORDER
When the case came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the learned Magistrate had not taken the case on file. Therefore, he had approached this Court to direct the learned Magistrate to take the case on file.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) invited the attention of this Court to the typed set of papers wherein the endorsement made by the Court of the learned Magistrate had been repeatedly written as "returned". Inspite of the same, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner had approached this Court seeking direction to force the learned Magistrate to act in a particular manner.
3. The learned Magistrate having ample power under the Provision of Criminal Procedure Code to act as per law when the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Petition is defective, the Petitioner seeking direction from this Court is ill-conceived. Thereby interfering with the power of the learned Judicial Magistrate by adopting arm twisting method.
